This website is operated by EQC Institute (ABN 87 616 194 766), RTO 45758 and CRICOS provider 03952E. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EQC Institute, and “you” refers to a website visitor.
Please read these terms before using the website. If you do not agree with them, please stop using it and contact us if you need information in another way.
Submitting an enquiry or browsing this website does not enrol you in a course. EQC only enrols students aged 18 or older, with no under-18 exceptions. Your applicable student agreement and course documents set out fees, delivery and student obligations. Use the documents for your actual state and funding program, including the South Australia Skills SA agreement, participant declaration and course/fee schedule where applicable. Subsidy eligibility and VET Student Loan eligibility are separate assessments. These website terms do not replace or vary your accepted enrolment documents.
Before applying, review our Policies & Procedures for student agreements, the Student Handbook, fees and refunds, withdrawals, and complaints and appeals. Contact our team if you need help finding the documents that apply to your course.
You may use this website for lawful purposes, including researching courses and contacting us. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious software, or submit unlawful, misleading or abusive material. Please provide accurate information in enquiries and forms.
Unless stated otherwise, website content is owned by us or used with permission. You may view, download or print information for your personal, non-commercial use, retaining any ownership notices.
Contact us before commercially reproducing, selling or distributing our content or using our logos. This does not restrict any use permitted by law.
You may link to publicly available pages if your link is lawful, accurate and does not falsely suggest our endorsement, partnership or approval. Do not frame our pages in a way that misrepresents their source. We may ask you to correct or remove a misleading or unlawful link.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean we endorse their content or services.
Read our Privacy Policy and privacy notices for information about how personal information is handled and how to make a privacy enquiry.
This website uses cookies and similar technologies for operation, analytics and advertising. Its configured services include Google Tag Manager, Google advertising tags and Nocodelytics; other embedded services may also process data. Read our Privacy Policy for handling and contact information. You can manage cookies through your browser and the relevant service settings; disabling them may affect some features. Any legally required consent must be obtained separately. These terms are not blanket consent to tracking.
We aim to keep website information accurate and current. Course details, fees, dates and availability can change. Please confirm the details relevant to you with our team before making an enrolment decision, and tell us if you find an error.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance or technical issues. Nothing in this section removes our obligations under applicable law or your student agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Our responsibility for website content and use is determined by applicable law. These terms do not impose a general obligation on you to indemnify us or waive your legal rights.
We may update these website terms by publishing a new version with an effective date. Changes apply from that date to future website use; they do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or amend an existing student agreement.
These terms operate subject to applicable Australian law, including relevant state or territory law. They do not restrict your right to seek assistance from a regulator or bring a matter before a court or tribunal with jurisdiction.
For questions about these terms, website errors or access to information, email hello@eqc.edu.au, call 1800 338 883, or visit our Contact Us page.
For student complaints or appeals, see the complaints and appeals documents on our Policies & Procedures page. Your rights to contact an external complaints body or regulator remain unchanged.
